Ehsan worked on our project to make the architectural drawings of my entire house for the second unit registration application with City of Brampton. He and his team did amazing job to prepare and submit the drawings to city and took full ownership to get them approved without any troubles. He also worked closely with contractor who was doing construction and provided them full support with all accurate information and valuable guidance to make sure city inspectors approve the work. I took the BCIN prep course with E.J and he helped me tremendously. He showed me how to strategically target the exam questions. Though I passed my building code on my first shot, I did not pass my general legal on my first trial so he helped me review the materials and I got a lot more confident and passed on my second trial. He was with me at every step during the journey and even now after the exam, he still provides on-going support for my work as he is always literally a call away and I am forever grateful for that. He is super friendly and treats students with so much respect and I highly appreciate that. I have learned so much from the course and would recommend any designers getting help from him if they are planning to take BCIN exams.

Ehsan is fabulous! My contractor didn’t build the deck to the standards recognized by the city. Ehsan inspected the deck in person shortly after receiving my call and quickly prepared the drawings, working together with well qualified structural engineer to come up with a plan meeting the city’s requirements and my budget expectations. I will be more than happy to recommend Ehsan to anyone who has similar needs.
